Quizzomania, a weekly quiz competition, serves as a highly effective tool for bolstering meaningful knowledge retention by kindling students' interest and grounding theoretical courses in a real-world context. Case study approach is opted to encourage independent thinking and analysis among students, particularly in topics that are highly relevant.

Participative learning is fostered through hands-on "Learning by Doing" activities, which creates an active and dynamic learning environment for gaining both conceptual knowledge and its practical application in business. In the pursuit of experiential learning, we assign projects that extend beyond the standard syllabus. The computer lab assignments are carefully crafted to include real-life applications, and to promote self-study and independent growth, students are tasked with challenging assignments.

To ensure a Transparent and Concurrent evaluation process, we conduct Mid-Term examinations, Unit Tests using a Multiple-Choice Question format, all facilitated through an ERP system. This approach not only provides students with valuable practice akin to Placement Drive tests but also aligns with our commitment to eco-friendliness by being a paperless examination initiative. The Term-End Examination serves as a robust assessment of students' readiness for their university-level examinations. We uphold a well-established examination conduct policy and process that guarantees the smooth and transparent administration of exams and the timely declaration of results.

TechnoCase, a State-level Case study and Programming Competition for students pursuing an IT career, fosters problem-solving skills, offering a platform for academia-industry knowledge sharing and IT innovation presentations.

Value Added Add On Courses And International Certifications

The International Certification Trainings equip students with industry-relevant skills, consistently enhancing their job placement prospects. The certifications offered are selected based on stakeholder feedback, current industry trends, and job market relevance. Institution’s Innovation Council and Entrepreneurship Development Cell

In a developing country like India, there's a growing need for successful young entrepreneurs. To address this need, the Institute has embedded entrepreneurship development into its curriculum, with the goal of fostering self-employment opportunities. To cultivate entrepreneurial skills, we've introduced VijaySiddhi, a program designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Under VijaySiddhi, we host an exciting and engaging Fun Fair activity known as 'Happy Hours.' This event is dedicated to nurturing and promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among our students. Additionally, we prepare our students for entrepreneurship through quizzes that assess their readiness for entrepreneurial endeavours and connect them with experienced entrepreneurs for valuable sessions. The department conducts varied innovation and entrepreneurship-related activities prescribed by Central MIC in time bounded fashion. The department has been actively participating in the Smart India Hackathon since its inception by the MHRD over the years.

The Institute has collaborations with distinguished bodies through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and linkages. These collaborations help the faculty members and students in getting guidance and support through internship projects, workshops, extension activities.
