ExcelR Solutions

Date: 08-02-2025; 10:00am An industry visit to ExcelR Solutions was organized for the MCA 2nd year students to provide practical exposure to current industry practices in data science, business analytics, and emerging technologies. During the visit, students were introduced to real-time project workflows, career opportunities in analytics, and training methodologies adopted by ExcelR. The Visit was Co-ordinated by Ms. Prachi from the ExcelR team, the visit started by the introduction of the organization and then a lecture was conducted by the trainer from the ExcelR team which enlightened the students with the different domains of the industry and encouraged them to enroll for some projects/internships with ExcelR. ExcelR provides more than 50+ professional trainings like AI, ML, AR/VR, IoT, AWS, Cloud Computing, etc., and have centres in multiple cities.

Industry visit was conducted for MCA-2 students at NBT Innovative which is specialized in Industrial Precision Fabrications, Automobile Test System, Design Development, MAnufacturing and supply of Hydraulic systems, power pack, Cylinders, Jacks & Accumulators, Welding Automation, Robotic Welding Stations etc.

Shri Bhagwati Silk and Woolen Mills

The shawl and Blankets manufacturing unit is located in Amritsar City. Owner of the woolen mill Mr. Jogesh Kapoor & Mrs. Kapoor has explained the students about how the shawls, woolen fabrics and blankets are weaved using old machines and how they take the orders and process it manually. From this students got the vision on how they can write programs or use AI/Robotics for its automation.

Autoline Industries Pvt.ltd

Industrial visit for MCA II year students was organised on 4th March 2020 at Auto Line Industries.Ltd.,Pune. Mr.Shrikant Darandale ,Deputy HR Manager and Mr. Shalil Akre ,Design Head - Auto Line Industries.Ltd.,Pune gave brief explanation about the company process and ERP. Students got the practical exposure about the Microsoft Dynamic ERP. Students got exposure of Robotics Welding Key machine ,Assembly Line of Volkswagen Paddle section and the use of PLC in assembly line. Students Visited the different sections like Spot welding cell, Ford welding cell , Testing lab. Students learnt about the E-Cycle and its detail specifications.

NITS GLOBAL, Chinchwad

IICMR MCA first year students visited today, NITS GLOBAL, Chinchwad on 29th February 2020. This visit was planned to give practical exposure to the students under Essentials of Networking subject. During the visit students were given demonstration on PuTTy by configuring level 2 and level 3 Cisco devices. There were 40 CISCO real time switches and routers in NITS lab. Very well arranged visit by Faculty Kiran Shinde, who is the Subject Matter Expert for Computer Networking courses

Thermax Ltd

Industrial Visit for MCA students has been conducted on Wednesday , 11th September 2019 at Thermax Ltd,Chinchwad. Total 62 students were present for the same. Ms.Aishwarya Mankame , ER, Chinchwad Factory gave the details about the product and process used in Thermax Ltd. The experts talked about boilers which are manufactured at Thermax and also explained the job opportunities in manufacturing Industry.They students learnt about boilers, its various types and how to control them using an IoT based system.

On receiving the permission from Angular Minds, 24 MCA second year students with one faculty member (Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh) visited Angular Minds Pvt. Ltd. on 27th March, 2018.The visit started with a brief introduction about the organization. A detailed presentation session was conducted by Mr. Sagar Mahajan (Founder, Angular Minds) on the type of projects undertaken by the organization. The presentation was followed by a Question & Answer Session in which students enthusiastically participated to know about the challenges encountered while developing projects. The visit provided exposure to the students with the industry culture and values. The students got benefited in terms of the technical details provided by the company on Software Application development, Block Chain, Amazon Web Services, Cloud development, Web Development process and Various Career Opportunities in I.T. industry.

11 MCA second year students with one faculty member (Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh) visited Next Path Technologies on 19th March, 2018. The visit started with a brief introduction about the organization. A detailed presentation session was conducted by Mr. Girish Khilari (Founder, Next Path Technologies) on the organization work culture, current projects and the skill sets required to start an IT career. The presentation was followed by a Question & Answer Session. The students had a visit through the facilities of the organization. The visit provided exposure to the students with the industry culture and values. The students got benefited in terms of the technical details provided by the company on Software Development, Mobile Apps Development, Business Intelligence, and Quality Analysis and Various Career Opportunities in I.T. industry. Ms. Varsha Nilawar gave away a vote of thanks on behalf of IICMR .

Mazak India

83 students (MCA 1I Year) with 4 faculty members and 46 students (MCA I Year) and 2 faculty members visited Mazak India on 23rd March, 24th March 2017. In the pre-lunch session, Mr. Amod Lakka gave Mazak Product presentation & showed few Corporate Videos.Post –lunch time was utilized in showroom visit and process demonstration. The show room visit was followed by a Q & A session which lasted for 1 hour. It was an informative, interesting and a successful visit as students understood how computerization and automation help automotive sector.
